Soloveda performed air barrier testing on all ten buildings of the Madison Way apartment complex in Lynnwood, WA. Guarded testing was implemented, which involves deployment of eight fans per building section in order to avoid leakage between adjacent units. Tests were performed in accordance with the 2012 WSEC using the ASTM E779 testing standard.
